I don't know. I made a support ticket in the internal support system at iText Software and I attached your PDFs to that ticket.
However: I marked the ticket as "not an iText customer", so it doesn't have any priority.
There is no ETA on tickets that don't have priority. Only customers can mark a ticket as a "blocker".
