The only workaround is to change the form. Instead of having one field 
with multiple widget annotations (which is perfectly OK), change the 
form into multiple field each with a single widget annotation. This 
implies that you'll have to fill out each field separately. That's kind 
of a high price imposed upon you by Chrome's PDF viewer, isn't it?
