Hi This is not a problem of the ITSM modules. It's a setup problem of your OTRS framework!
Have a look at the error message: > this error appears: > Can't locate XML/Parser/Lite.pm in @INC... The OTRS XML parser module can't find the CPAN module XML::Parser::Lite. I think your <otrs>/Kernel/cpan-lib is incomplete! Have a look in the directory <otrs>/Kernel/cpan-lib/XML/Parser/ and you must find a file named Lite.pm! Make sure that the webserver has permissions to read this file.
