Hi,
As a workaround you can disable the following lines in the web-server
config from apache, probably under /etc/apache2/conf.d/otrs
# <IfModule Apache2/Reload.pm>
# Apache::Reload - Reload Perl Modules when Changed on Disk
PerlModule Apache2::Reload
PerlInitHandler Apache2::Reload
# </IfModule>
PerlModule Apache2::RequestRec
