Hi all. About unique mail addresses... When applying this kind of conf, what is the behavior when the agent send a reply or (worst case) when a new mail come to a queue?
Once I can have multiple occurrences of a same email address in customer_user, they could be associated with different customer ids... Not? Will the new ticket remain without any customer company link?? Thanks.
