Congratulations on the new release.
Just for my ("automated assistant") records, which Subversion
revision is the basis for this release? I've been tracking the
Subversion repositories closely, and I believe that for IUP:

i.e. IUP-r5817 is the basis for the release -- 5 months since 3.28,
and over 12 months since 3.27. Is this correct?
