It seems the text control height is fixed at 30 pixels. It doesn't
matter or change if I change the GLOBALFONT.
Does control height only work in Windows?

(bad) IUP layouts.
A simple and probably wrong guess.
In ARM64 (Ubuntu 20.04), the window size is very small,
to properly draw widgets?
