Re: the SDK-- With the focus of IVI being HTML5, I can see that app
development might seem less important.  I know that one of the things we
will be addressing here is extension of standard IVI for the specifics of
our environment.  If not an SDK, it would be good to have examples or
guides for how that's intended to happen on this platform.

Such a thing, along with examples of how to do it (i.e., the *intended* way),
would be a great benefit to the entire community of IVI adopters.
