hello, I'm trying to set up tizen ivi images with vmware player for
crosswalk app development (this is the official, recommended way to do
it). The images boot, but the graphical desktop never comes up. The last
line of dmesg is:
weston[211]: segfault at c789ffff ip b5996cc5 sp bff113c0 error 5 in
gbm_gallium_drm.so[b598c000+1e7000]
Details:
Host: openSUSE 13.1
VMware® Player 6.0.3 build-1895310
Tizen images which I tried, they both have the same issue.
tizen-3.0.m14.2-ivi_20140724.4_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw (july milestone release)
tizen-ivi_20141014.7_ivi-mbr-i586-sdb.raw (latest daily)
Any ideas?
