Hi,

ATrpms has ivtv packages for FC2-FC4 and RHEL4 (all 2.6 based) in its
stable repo.

       http://atrpms.net/name/ivtv/
       http://atrpms.net/name/ivtv-0.2.x/

As such

smart/apt-get/yum install ivtv-kmdl-`uname -r` ivtv

or a simple update/upgrade will get you to ivtv 0.4.0.

Should you have any reason to use 0.2.0 over 0.4.0 (testing for
regressions is one), then use

smart/apt-get install ivtv-kmdl-`uname -r`=1:0.2.0 ivtv=1:0.2.0

Enjoy!
