The VIA mini-itx boards all have PCI slots, and some have integrated compact-flash slots, so you can boot from a flash card instead of netboot if you want. They have integrated everything, but spdif out only, not in. Many people use them for Mythtv frontend/slave backend boxes with the storage remotely mounted via NFS, or all-in-one with a quiet local hard drive.
