(assuming that this is where you put all of the firmware)
 
can you post the results from this?  I just want to make sure that you
have all files in there.  Perhaps it is a permission problem?  Make sure
that the file v4l-cx2341x-enc.fw is readable by all.

This line is added to all our mails, when absent the email does not originate from us, and probably contains a virus.
