I have a problem with my PVR-150 having low saturation. I have to max it out using ivtvctl --set-ctrl=saturation=127 to have good color. I also have two PVR-250s in another computer which don't have this problem. I asked about this on the -users list and found several others who are also experiencing this issue. It appears that we all have a TCL 2002N 5H (idx = 99, type = 50) tuner and are using ivtv-0.4.1, 0.4.2 or 0.4.3.
Are you aware of this issue? Do you have any suggestions of what we could do to try to track this problem down and get it corrected? I'm going to try some older ivtv versions this weekend to see if this was something introduced recently, but was hoping for some guidance or solution in the meantime. Using ivtvctl to set the saturation doesn't work for me beyond the current recording because I am using mythtv and it resets the color settings with each recording.
