Hello, I just bought a couple Hauppauge PVR 150's for a mythtv box I'm trying to set up and I'm having trouble getting them to work. Originally, the tuner type (model TCL M2523_5N_E) wasn't being detected properly. By going through list archives, it looks like that problem was fixed by forcing it to tuner type 50. After doing this though, I'm only able to tune into channels 5 and 6 via the command line as well as in mythtv. Worse, the color on these channels is almost completely grayscale, but if you look really close at say something that should be big and red you can see some color. Also, the video quality of channel 6 is pretty bad although the audio for both channels seems to be fine. Every other channel is static (when I switch the cable to my tv, I can receive around 70 channels perfectly... ntsc cable).
I don't really know what other info to give. dmesg output is at the end of the mail. I'm running Fedora Core 5 with the latest atrpms ivtv packages. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
