My guess would be to remove the V4L2_CAP_VBI_CAPTURE and
V4L2_CAP_SLICED_VBI_CAPTURE from the '#define IVTV_CAP_ENCODER'
statement in driver/ivtv-cards.h... But I don't know the details of the
ivtv driver that much, so there could be side-effects I'm unaware of...
