Hi -Seth far I know they aren't going to do an with a CX23418 like the PVR 150 Rigth now the CX23418 only found on the Retail WinTV-HVR 1600 and the upcoming 1500MCE and 100 which all have ATSC (High Definition TV) + NTSC Tuner/S-Video and Composite input only Hardware MPEG2 Encoder (Conexant CX23418) 1500MCE is OEM model has FM Tuner 1600 is a Retail model has IR + IR Blaster and also 1800 PCIe
