I have the same problem with MythTV and trunk: playback freezes after
a few seconds (modprobe ivtv-fb osd_compat=1). I'm using X.Org 6.9.0
and xdriver 0.10.6.
`cat file.mpg > /dev/video16` works fine.
I've tried loading ivtv without osd_compat=1 and it does not freeze,
except none of the OSD commands from mythtv work. Running `ivtvfbctl -
g off` lets me see the video, but again, the OSD does not work.
MythTV is going to need some new code to get it to work with the new
OSD commands...
