I've fixed this problem in the latest trunk. Together with this fix I
also committed a big cleanup of the ivtv_read() function in the driver,
so it certainly could use some testing.
There are a few smaller things I want to take care of these week, and by
the end of this week I want to make release candidates of the trunk
driver for some serious testing. With the commit of today all the
really big pieces are in place as far as I can tell.
