Fixed a bunch of subtle VBI-related bugs this week and the encoder looks
really stable. I still have a race condition in the MPEG decoder
somewhere but I hope to find that tomorrow or Saturday. Unfortunately
it can take a long time before this bug hits so it is quite time
consuming. Unless something new crops up I intend to make a candidate
release this weekend, even if I can't find the decoder bug.
