Then I seemed caught in. since there're no detail spec for PVR350 so I
bought it just based on CX23415's simple two page sheet saying it support
all streams (elementary, program and transport). Also thinking the MythTV
stop supporting 350's decoder and its terrible hot heatsink, I feel it's
like a useless thing compared to lower priced 150 etc.

Conexant removed support for TS from the firmware. Newer ivtv versions
no longer offer TS, just like the Windows driver.
So there is no TS support for this hardware. Very old firmwares still
have it, but AFAIK the support for TS was never very good.
