I have a "ZAP-TV1001 MCE" with an xceive xc2028 tuner.
No tuner detected at all for your card and that fits the xceive, which
needs to be activated via gpio.
Are you sure about your tuner being philips?
I read it on a datasheet. I have a heatsink on it so I can't say for
sure. But it is not standard tuner package, it looks like it is just in
one chip.
Can you help me trying to enable this xceive tuner to check if it works
with my card.
