Pictures of my card are on bttv-gallery.de, you might check them out to 
decide whether it is really the same as yours.

Unfortunately it won't work with stock kernels. There is a project
hosted on mcentral.de that aims to support it (amongst a couple of other
devices), but the latest code there OOPSes with ivtv.

Also the maintainer of that project announced that he plans to convert
general tuner support entirely to userspace, and that work is currently
in progress. IMHO there is not much to do until the conversion is
complete...
