Well it turned out to be the tuner.o not sure why or what happened
really.  Seems like I had the tuner type at 46 from the days of our
debugging, and then I upgraded ivtv which then used type 47.  I can't
believe I missed that for so long.

Well I installed an amplifier.  So now I have nice channels and I have
two tuners again. :)  Thanks for the response, these things are
usually figured out after some fixing here and there.
