Brent, That may be your problem. I think all of their email addresses end in some form of lightpath.net (check their website - some if not all of the email address links on the site use this domain). Since a PVR-350 costs upwards of $175 (unless you got an insane deal) I would think that the cost of a phone call would not be out of the question. I have found them very easy to deal with, but then again, it is a local call for me. All of the postings I have ever seen about people trying to get support from them have been positive. Maybe your problem can also be attributed to the time of year?
