On my PVR150 MCE version I just looked at the lower side markings on
my tuner and it was a TAPE-H01F tuner.  Also, tveeprom reports:

tveeprom: Hauppauge: model = 26552, rev = C268, serial# = 7724786
tveeprom: tuner = LG TAPE H001F MK3 (idx = 68, type = 47)
tveeprom: tuner fmt = NTSC(M) (eeprom = 0x08, v4l2 = 0x00001000)
tveeprom: audio_processor = MSP3410D (type = 5)

which matches the markings on the tuner.
