I've got a PVR-150MCE as well, TAPE tuner and everything. No video with 0.3.2b 
on the tuner input here either, just static. Will bounce the box shortly to 
see if I can see anything w/0.3.2a.

Oh, and I can't even get the modules to load without hard-locking the system 
under either Fedora Core 2 or 3, so I'm running Debian at the moment.
