Odd... Well, there's now a 0.3.2h available, and I just applied this patch to 
h without a problem...

$ patch -p1 -d ivtv-0.3.2h < pal-tveeprom-tuner-updates-032g.patch
patching file driver/tuner.c
patching file driver/tuner.h
patching file driver/tveeprom.c

Only had to use -p1 because of the path change from ivtv-0.3.2g to ivtv-0.3.2h 
tho. No clue why you got all those rejects, but give it a shot against 
0.3.2h, worked perfectly for me.
