Allan,

mine is in the ivtv-directory; you could also have one in
kernel/drivers/media/video. Did you compile the driver yourself or use
a package. If you compiled it yourself, it should probable be in the
ivtv directory. If you got a package, the chance is likely it's named
msp3400-ivtv.ko so it won't conflict with the msp3400 that comes with
the kernel and you need to alias the ivtv-version to be the msp3400
module that gets loaded.
