Chris, What I experience is that when I first start a read from the device /dev/video0 and then start a read from the device /dev/vbi0 I get for the vbi device resource busy.
If I do it the other way around first read from the vbi device and then the video device is can read both stream simultanious. So when I'm watching a video stream and want to read a teletext stream it will not work. This problem appears in at least the last four versions (l, n, o, p) i tested. It does it for both my pvr cards (pvr-150 and a pvr-350).
