Somewhere in Hans' vbi-readme, I read that you should *open* /dev/vbi0 before 
capturing mpeg-data.
As far as I know, the actual *capturing* can be done in both orders: first 
vbi, followed by mpeg or first mpeg followed by vbi.

Please correct me if I'm wrong :-)
