looks like i have the silver one, according to the image linked at the Remotes Wiki page. i loaded ir_kbd_i2c now and sucessfully set keys with input-kbd. even irw gives output, and i corrected some minor issues in my lircd.conf. now every key on my remote gives the correct command for lirc. aftwerwards i reviewed my ~/.mythtv/lircrc and i'm pretty sure that at least some keys should work. unfortunately mythfrontend still doesn't respond to most keys of my remote, even though /var/log/messages shows a new lirc client when i start mythfrontend, and every key on my remote gives an output in /var/log/messages. mythfrontend only accepts the keys 1-9 currently, neither volume up/down nor channel up/down work. bye jonas ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
