Problem still persists, I am running near the end of
my rope and I do not know what else to do!

I upgraded to 0.3.7 and I was able to lock to a signal
(ivtvctl -I said so) so that definitively helped.
However my capture is still zero bytes long. I also
loaded different PVR-250 firmware versions. The log
with the new version is bellow.
