> does ivtv-tune -c channel work? No that doesn't change anything either. I normally change frequencies using 'ivtvctl -r nnn', where 'nnn' is the outcome of the selected frequency multiplied by 16. Obviously ivtv-tune does this as well, but it might do more than that... Do I need to give the 'europe-west' frequency map when I give a frequency or is it just used to convert from channel to frequency??? (sorry, didn't read the sources yet)
