I think I may have got to the bottom of a problem I have been having with the PVR350. I noticed that when I was sending an mpeg to /dev/video16, the process, and sometimes the whole machine would hang. I also noticed that there was a message about disabling interrupt.
I disabled irq 10 in the bios, to force it to rearrange the irq's and this time it plays the video, but with long pauses (4 seconds) every few frames. So my question is, what is the preferred way of assigning an unused interrupts to the card?
