Oh.. I thought I did...

Anyways...  Since that post I have updated my kernel to 
2.6.15-1.1831_FC4 and re-install the ivtv-firmware.  Everything is  good 
regarding loading all the firmware.

I still have the issue of not being able to open the video0 device, but 
thats another topic.
