have been trying to get this card to work for more than 2 weeks now, with no success. using suse 10.1, and have been following the install instructions on the ivtv site. heres where i am at......... would any of you be able to maybe figure out what is wrong, or at least give me a pointer? instructions from the site have been followed exactly except for what is below....
by the way, the instructions for 10.1 are incorrect as to where to place firmware. they state on the site that you should put it in /usr/bin/hotplug/firmware/ there is NO such directory on suse 10.1. the firmware is placed in /lib/firmware/. thanks for any help.
