Our infrastructure team prefers MoinMoin over confluence because there are more volunteers available who'd take care of it. Does it have to be confluence? Other than that it is more or less a process of opening a JIRA ticket asking for a wiki and giving the required detailt (where change emails should go etc.). This request should probably be made by one of the mentors. Stefan
