Our infrastructure team prefers MoinMoin over confluence because there
are more volunteers available who'd take care of it. Does it have to
be confluence?

I'm just a little more used to confluence than MoinMoin, but I've seen a
discussion about that on the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list, and MoinMoin seems to bee a
better choice for maintenance. So I'm ok to go with MoinMoin.

Other than that it is more or less a process of opening a JIRA ticket
asking for a wiki and giving the required detailt (where change emails
should go etc.). This request should probably be made by one of the
mentors.

What do you think for change e-mails? I'm not used to apache collaboration,
so maybe you (long time apache members/commiters) could make the right
choice for the project?
