Xavier, I've started working on another JIRA issue yesterday, which will take some more days to resolve since I don't have much time the next couple of days. So if you want to apply the patch, no problem for me, just assign the issue to yourself so I know you are working on it (which reminds me that I should also assign that issue I'm working on to me...)
I did already take a quick look at the previous patch, and I was only wondering if adding an "id" attribute to ivy:settings wouldn't cause problems since the "id" attribute has a special meaning in Ant.
