My first idea would be to look where the file is written/read and see if that 
stream is closed everywhere.
It's very easy to check because there is a method on CacheManager which returns 
this file.

I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like.

I have seen that there is a lot of .exist() invoked in the test on those
files.  Maybe it is related to that?
