Description:
Thought of creating a JIRA issue for this topic for tracking purposes.
XML Schema 1.1 requires that simpleType definitions with variety "list" and
"union" cannot refer to special simple types "anyAtomicType" and
"anySimpleType", in their itemType and memberTypes attributes respectively.
We did an implementation of this XML Schema 1.1 constraint, post Xerces 2.11.0
release.
