It looks like I was the one to upload 2.11.0... many years ago. Don't remember
it but since is't my gpg signature, it must have been me. :)
Seriously, I just created a 2.12.0 and staged it to:
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/central_bundles-13458/xerces/xercesImpl/2.12.0/
It's the exact jar out of the binary distro. The javadoc jar is taken from the
docs/javadoc dir of the binary distro. And the sources jar is the stuff in
the src dir of the source distro. The pom was created by taking the 2.11.0
pom and updating the version number and the tag.
Can folks try that staging repo to make sure it will work with their builds and
such?
