    Thanks for letting us know, the correct XML commons source location and
other insightful facts. Therefore, I guess the 404 links I mentioned in
this thread should point to following locations,

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xerces/xml-commons/
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/xerces/xml-commons/

Is it possible that any time sooner, you can update the page
http://xerces.apache.org/xml-commons/ with above correct links ?

Or if I'm permitted, I can (I'll need to check my permissions on that) edit
above link with correct source code reference links. Please let me know.
