That's right, inside LaTeX we must include inside the same tag \cite{ } all
the refrences we cite in the same point or part of the text, I mena if your
are citing difierent refrerences in the same place. I don't use jab ref
with Libre Office or out of LaTeX, so I don't know exactly how solve your
problem.
