Hi,

There is Options/Preferences/File/"Field saving options". I think, if
you disable all of it, JabRef 2.10 should be nearly saving in the same
order as JabRef 2.9. It might be the case that the field order still
changes. Then, we can currently do nothing for you as we run out of
programmer capacities. :(
