Dear Oliver, Thanks for quick reply. No, sorry, I was not aware of steps that needed to be done in advance, and only just subscribed to the mailing list, so I did not read about these issues earlier.
I had 2.10 installed, running without problems, downloaded JabRef-2.11-setup.exe and executed it. I just exported my prefs and attached these in the file with this mail. Where does Jabref store it's preferences, so that I can delete these?
