Since we have explicit use targets, we're able to
display context-sensitive help. For example, info on
the dist-war task will only appear if your project
contains a webapp. However, this is open for debate.
Using description attributes may be simpler.
Are we willing to attempt a single build script for
all the Commons projects? If so, I'd be perfectly
willing to donate the initial script.
