that's a 1x5 sil, but not sure if it used for ICSP

No, ICSP is for programming only. My schematics has an (non-standard)
8-pin ICSP, the basic one + serial rx/tx + PGM (for low voltage
programming - I don't think I actually use it, but it is on the
wisp...)

I'd prefer a 6-pin connector (or 7, when you add +7v) over a smaller
one and jumpers to select the signal. This because you can use all
signals at the same time if you have a use for it.
An alternative would be 2 connectors - one for i2c and one for serial
(and that one with rx and tx).
