The jal meeting/conference isn't at it's first attempt but unfortunately has low chance to succeed. It require a person who need to get funds to organise everything. Then the participants are using standard registration, hotel reservation, travel reservation, etc. As long there is a small number of enthusiastics which can be contacted (maybe a poll will reveal this), will be diffcult to get partipants...
