Jallib as a group can choose what files to include. If we must, we can move Williams spi_master_hw to another location, or put our modified version in a new location. TORELEASE can point to the newest file.
Is moving a file considered making a new one? If the author chooses, he may rename the file and ask the group if it acceptable to put it back in the jallib pack. Matt.
